PROMISE! WARRANTY

VACBOTT™ drinkware carries a limited 1 YEAR warranty (changed from 5 year to 1 year, w.e.f 1st January, 2026) against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. VACBOTT™ will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use.

Scope of Warranty

The products are covered for 1 year limited warranty against Manufacturing Defects only.

The warranty for a product is counted from the date of its retail purchase. It includes any manufacturing defect in material and workmanship. However, it does not cover damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or tampering with the product. Warranty is valid against producing original bill endorsed by the authorised VACBOTT seller.

Please note your VACBOTT™ Warranty Claim will be replaced by the same size and colour of your original purchase. If the size and colour are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and colour and will be of same MRP value.

How to Claim

Warranty can be claimed by submitting your Original Bill, Reason of Claim, Product Images and your Complete Contact Details at service@claycraftindia.com.

Upon successful verification, Warranty Claims shall be processed for replacement within 7 working days of receipt of your email.

You will be required to ship your warranty product back to VACBOTT™ for review, prior to us shipping you a warranty replacement.
